Broker Development & Real Estate Partnerships Program:
The Account Manager is responsible for the business development and account management surrounding brokers and other real estate partners in Mexico who refer new members to WeWork. S/he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the company and globe. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing department and be an integral part in the company's lead generation. Essential Duties:
Develop and execute outreach strategy for targeted real estate firms / Brokers Book introductory meetings with brokers to build a clientele list Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, broker engagements and events to advocate WeWork's product offerings and services Ensure that all potential leads are followed up with by appropriate WeWork Sales Lead Manage benchmarking process, create client and prospect reports to show results. Provide support for Broker and Real Estate related PR, marketing, and design initiatives as-needed Network with key contacts within related industry to expand contact base Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management's review as needed Consistently maintain a high level of client-member satisfaction Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree Fluent in Portuguese and English 5
years professional experience related to relationship management and business development Commercial real estate experience / Broker Experience Required Skills:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
